This is real 3D reconstruction, not a filter, and it depends on the capture. Roughly half of first attempts fail — usually from refocusing mid-shot, turning on the spot instead of walking around the object, or shooting something glass, chrome or mirrored.
If your video can't be reconstructed, you're told before anything is charged and you can shoot another one. You are never charged for a failed capture.
Your job link is the only key to your files. Anyone with the link can see them, so don't share it publicly.
Only things you have the right to photograph. Illegal content is reported to the relevant authorities and the sender is blocked. Don't upload anything confidential — this is a small operation, not a hosted enterprise service.
You see the result before paying, so refunds shouldn't be needed. If the files you downloaded are broken or don't match the preview you approved, get in touch and you'll be refunded.

Something broken, or a render you'd like a second look at? Email support@drively.co with your job link and roughly when you uploaded.
Renders take 30–60 minutes and run one at a time, so a quiet stretch is usually a queue rather than a failure. If the site says renders are backed up, your link stays live and it will process when the queue clears.
